At Mijoons, we strive to display our products as accurately as possible. However, due to lighting during photography, post-production editing, and differences in screen settings across devices, the actual product colour may vary slightly from what appears on the website.


Returns

We want you to love your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may request a return under the following conditions:

  • Return requests must be initiated within 7 days of the date of delivery.
  • Made-to-order, customised, or personalised products are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Products must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and in their original condition.
  • All original tags, labels, packaging, and the protective plastic seal (if applicable) must remain intact.
  • Returns will not be accepted if the original brand tags or protective seals have been removed.
  • Reverse pickup will be attempted up to two times. If both attempts are unsuccessful, customers will be required to ship the product to our return address at their own expense.
  • Reverse pickup service is subject to availability based on your delivery location.
  • Any issue regarding incorrect, damaged, defective, or missing products must be reported within 24 hours of delivery along with clear photographs or videos.
  • Shipping charges paid for Cash on Delivery (COD) or Express Delivery are non-refundable.
  • A logistics handling fee of ₹100 will be deducted from the refund amount for approved returns.
  • Returns and exchanges are currently not available for international orders.
  • Gift boxes, packaging materials, gift wraps, or any complimentary packaging provided with the order are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Return Process

To initiate a return:

Refunds usually reflect in the original payment method within 3–5 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Visit our Returns Portal (or contact our customer support).

Submit your return request along with clear photographs or videos showing the product, brand tags, and protective seal.

Once approved, reverse pickup will be scheduled within 4–5 working days.

After the returned product reaches our warehouse, it will undergo a quality inspection.

If approved, your refund will be processed.


Refund Eligibility

Your refund request will be approved only if:

  • The product is returned in its original condition.
  • All original tags, labels, and packaging are intact.
  • The product is unused, unworn, and unwashed.
  • The returned product passes our quality inspection.

Gift Cards & Store Credit

  • Mijoon’s Gift Cards and Store Credits do not expire.
  • Gift Cards are non-refundable.
  • Gift Card balances cannot be transferred to a bank account or exchanged for cash.

Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped.
  • Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible.
  • If you no longer wish to keep the product after delivery, you may request a return as per our Return Policy.
  • Refusing to accept the delivery will be treated as a return, and the applicable return deductions will apply.
  • Pre-orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order. After this period, cancellations will not be accepted.

Exchanges

We understand that sometimes you may need a different size or colour.

Exchange requests are accepted under the following conditions:

  • Exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
  • Products must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and in their original condition.
  • All original tags, packaging, and protective seals must remain intact.
  • Exchanges will not be accepted if the original tags or seals have been removed.
  • Reverse pickup will be attempted twice. If unsuccessful, customers must ship the product back to our return address.
  • Reverse pickup is subject to service availability in your location.
  • Any issue regarding damaged, defective, or incorrect products must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
  • If an exchanged product is refused after shipment, a logistics fee of ₹200 will be deducted from the eligible refund amount

Exchange & Return Limit

Each order is eligible for only one return or exchange.

Once an order has been exchanged or returned, it will no longer qualify for any additional return, exchange, replacement, or refund requests.

We recommend carefully selecting your preferred size, colour, and product before confirming your order.


Lower Value Exchange

If you choose to exchange your purchase for a product with a lower price:

  • The remaining balance will not be refunded to your original payment method.
  • We recommend selecting Store Credit during the return process, allowing you to use the remaining balance on your next purchase.

Important Note

Mijoons reserves the right to reject any return, refund, or exchange request if the product does not meet the eligibility criteria outlined in this policy.

Mijoons shall not be held responsible for any damage caused to the product due to misuse, improper handling, washing, alterations, or negligence by the customer.
